**LOADER/LABORER**
We are currently seeking a Loader for our rail yard operations in
**Concord, ON. **Bulk Plus Logistics, a division of Trimac, is a premier provider of bulk goods and commodities transportation, transload and storage solutions.

With over 9 active Bulk Plus transload sites strategically situated across North America.

**Pay**:

- $26 hour

**Schedule/Shift**:

- Monday to Friday
- 11am-7pm.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Plastic resin transload and railcar storage facility.
- Ability to operate railcar loading systems and equipment (Trackmobile operator and conductor).
- Ability to read and follow the company and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Must be able to pass CN & CP eRail safe background checks.
- Participation in safety training programs, which may require brief and occasional travel
- Professional interaction and collaboration with other BPL Team Members and customers
- Weigh scale operator (scaling in trucks in and out of facility).
- Communicating and verifying self-load transfers.
- Assist with maintenance, clean-up, and other duties as assigned
- Work safely, using proper and supplied PPE.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Skills**:

- Must have clear and concise radio communication skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
- Operation of hand tools and air tools preferred.
- Positive work ethic and attitude.
- Team Player.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License or ID
- May work above shoulder level with power and /or hand tools weighing 15 pounds or less and in confined spaces.
- Must meet physical requirements of the position and have mobility, vision, hearing, and sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties performed.
- May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or less.
- CN Rules 105 (non-main track) with air brake endorsement an asset - will supply training.
- Ability and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Previous industrial experience preferred
- Previous experience operating machinery preferred
- Rail Car Loading and Unloading experience preferred
- Basic computer skills.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
