The Truck Driver position is responsible for driving and operating a Tandem Dump Truck or Tandem Water experience is with “truck and pumps” is preferred.
Driving responsibilities may include short-haul local, long-haul (1-5hrs away) to transport equipment and or materials to and from on the job sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Duties
- Drive and operate a variety of trucks/equipment to complete a variety of job tasks to assist with landscape and construction projects
- Carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
- Transport materials to and from the job site, including loading and unloading
- Using proper tie-down procedures, secure materials and/or equipment to be transported to ensure the safety and security of the load
- Utilize GPS devices and maps to plan travel schedules and routes
- Report on the condition and operating status of all equipment using service requests and hazard reports
- Assist with general labor duties when needed
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

Work Conditions
- Various locations in Saskatchewan on commercial construction sites
- Flexible working hours between 7am and 6 pm, including weekend work
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. work in a physical demanding environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
- Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
- Criminal Back Ground Check required along with Drug and Alcohol testing due to nature of the work

Travel and working out of town is required. Position is physically demanding and requires a driver that is physically fit and can be available for long days.

The Truck Driver is also expected to participate in any general labor duties and has opportunities to operate equipment, to assist with the completion of projects.

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Equipment Operation: 3 years (preferred)
- Tandem Dump Truck: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- 1A or 3A (required)
