C Market Coffee is an innovative café with coffee roastery and full commercial kitchen located in Coquitlam B.C. We are dedicated to serving high quality coffee with good food for your healthy life. We carefully roast our coffee in small batches in the house to bring out the freshest cup Our team is looking for a Marketing Specialist that can help digitalize our company and increase our online presence through social media and other websites.

Key Responsibilities:

- **create social media content and campaigns to promote customer retention and build branding for the business**:

- Target our audience and demographic through strategizing, planning and marketing
- **Create a brand presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and the business website**:

- Maintain Brand Consistency, active scheduling and regular publishing throughout our social media including Instagram, Facebook, website blogs and product shots
- **Work closely with Director to creatively deliver the desired message of the business and market events and other promotions**:

- Advertise products through digital photographs on our websites
- **Correspond virtually with customers and business partners to build professional relationships and encourage engagement**:

- Closely assess the analytics of content performance to promote sales
- **Determine allocation of marketing budget and create content for paid social media advertisements that is widely accessible and increase website traffic**:

- Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends
- Planning and Publishing
- **Listening and Engagement**:

- Analytics
- **Advertising**:

- Social Media Management on all social media platform
- **Website Management**:

- **Community management.**:

- Optimizing content and technology.
- **Writing skills.The Different Types Of Social Media Platforms To Serve Ads**:

- **Social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+)**:

- Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest).
- **Video sharing (YouTube)**:

- **Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour**
