Our Business Development Centre is looking for a Customer Communications Specailist to join their team
**About the opportunity**:
As a core member of the Business Development Team, you will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide information or helpful suggestions about specific vehicles in our inventory that spark their interest. The goal is to assist the customer in booking an appointment with one of our knowledgeable Product Ambassadors to test drive the vehicle. We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Availability to work shifts during business hours is a requirement.
**What we're looking for**:
You are an outgoing, confident team player with a positive personality and a flair for fun Your exceptional phone skills and ability to work well with computers will be key as we utilize several software systems to serve our customers efficiently. You're a fantastic multitasker coupled with the desire to provide outstanding customer service, which makes you the perfect fit for the fast-paced, exciting industry we work in
