Our in-house design-assist, engineering, manufacturing, and installation capabilities ensure maximum efficiency throughout the entire process. This is done while focusing on the client's needs as well as meeting the required performance and aesthetics.

**Position Overview**

Integro is currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving clerk at our Maple, ON facility.

Reporting directly to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk’s job description will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:

- Data entry - entering, verifying, and updating files.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving any discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the designated lead.
- Purging files to eliminate the duplication of data.
- Responsible for preparing all paperwork for orders.
- Ensure that all receiving data entry is completed on time in the Warehouse system.
- Ensure the distribution of timely and accurate information and receiving forms to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with investigating any documentation issues in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain in-house access database.
- Perform stock room fulfillments and transfers in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory and organization of company stock room.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain safe working conditions and keep related work areas clean.
- Scan packing slips to Production Control/Procurement.
- Inventory management (enters daily transactions).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of:
Ability to:

- Create computer spreadsheets and reports.
- Understand units of measure, perform basic mathematical equations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
- Read and use a tape measure.
- Use various hand power tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well in a team environment.
