Manager, Cybersecurity Operations

**The Role** We are currently searching for a Manager, Cybersecurity Operations at our Corporate Office. We have a full-time permanent opportunity at the Beer Store Bolton corporate office, reporting to the Director of IT, responsible for performing the services that detect, protect and respond to threats against the enterprise and applicable interests. This position will design and execute a holistic security strategy, partnering with all relevant functional leadership to develop and articulate a shared vision for “best in class” security services that ensure all digital assets are adequately protected. **Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on their role and function. Join us to continue to create a fun and genuine work culture that really feels like your second family What You’ll Be Doing - Manage the development and delivery of cyber threat intelligence products (e.g., alerts and bulletins) from private and public platforms - Identify and mitigate active cyber threats to TBS/BDL network and data - Accountable for the management of security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational response to identified risks - Lead and coordinate security incident response among business leaders in the event of a cybersecurity incident - Manage security operations service providers, directing measurable security outcomes. Deliver response outcomes, ticketing management, and exploitable security risk reduction metrics and KPI’s - Deliver the following security services: Incident Response, Digital Forensics and eDiscovery, Security Monitoring, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Advanced Malware Detection, Data Loss Protection, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint protection, Penetration Testing, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Data Privacy, and Compliance - Provide expertise in developing a strategy for building and enhancing a cyber-security operational capability that spans numerous business operational units - Lead and guide the organization for PCI Compliance across all functional areas - Development and maintenance of overall Cyber Security Strategy 1YP & & 3YP - Management of CAPEX and OPEX Security budget - Develop, Maintain & Communicate Cyber Security Policy & Mission Statement - Oversee security vulnerability analysis, defines and deploy new tools for monitoring and protecting the IT infrastructure, and provide thought leadership in a variety of unique and highly challenging issues - Act as the Relationship Manager for security operations service providers - Collaborate across the security and IT leadership team to review the implementation of security controls, ability to communicate security topics with non-security professionals - Seek innovative approaches to cyber threat mitigation, including machine learning, behavioral analytics, endpoint analytics, and other approaches to security data management - Ensure that the function stays current with new and emerging threats, security risks and potential impacts to the business - Manage relationships with emerging technologies, vendors, and third parties to remain cutting edge and relevant in the security field - Manage and Maintain a Cyber Security Awareness Program for non-technical audience enterprise wide Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or Engineering or equivalent required - One or more of the following Professional Security Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Secure+, OCSP, CCNP, CISA, CISM, CHFI etc. preferred - 7+ years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably in security operations - 5+ years of people leadership and/or significant project/team leadership experience required, preferably with a security operations team responsible for identifying and mitigating cyber risks - Requires experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cyber
