**About us**

A Design Build Project Management firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Projects include major Residential Renovations, Infills, Luxury estates. Laneway and Garden Suites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed drawing, Renderings from sketches, notes, and other sources.
- Develop detail drawings as required for use by trades in the field
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings and follow industry standards.
- Modify existing drawings as needed.
- Maintain records of all drawings created and modified.
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of drawings.

**Job Type**: Part-time
