**Job Summary**

**Duties**

• Operate sandblasting equipment to restore surfaces effectively.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for surface preparation.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results in construction painting projects.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and requirements.
• Assist in drywall installation or repair as needed.

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in sandblasting required.
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques for both commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with hand tools and rigging is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $18.21-$34.53 per hour
