Morning shifts on weekends only, few weekday mornings as needed. no exceptions will be made

**Availability Required**: Friday to Sunday 8 am to 4 pm or shorter shift(no exceptions, weekend accommodations will not be accepted)

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oil filteration
- Oil changes
- Cut and mince meat, and make patties
- Slicing cheese
- Cutting and grilling veggies
- Marinating chicken using restaurant's recipe
- breading food items as required
- Create and follow prep list in every shift

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring cleanliness and working condition of kitchen equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness of work stations
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Coming to work on time
- Complete duties in an efficient
- Maintain a clean kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes
- ensuring food safety is priority during the shift

**Skills required**:

- Excellent understanding of food safety

**Preference will be given to**:

- morning availability
- Food Handler Certificate
- 1 to 2 years previous Prep experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
