**About the role**

This position will be a part of the Information Technology Department located in London, ON, on a hybrid structure of up to 3-4 days per week in office.

**In this role, you will**:

- Gather, define and document business requirements.
- Define risks and limitations of solutions.
- Recommend and document solutions including impact analysis.
- Change ERP settings and validate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of business processes and systems in Finance, Manufacturing and/or Logistics
- 3-5 years in a BSA role
- Hands-on experience changing system parameters (no knowledge of development tools required)
- Experience in ERP implementation/support
- Degree or diploma in a discipline related to Information Systems, Business Systems Analyst, Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Develop high-level implementation plans.
- ERP Infor LN experience
