As a Seasonal Retail Associate at Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs, you'll be the face of our store, and your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. Here's what you can expect:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with a diverse and friendly customer base, providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Learn the ins and outs of water chemistry, water testing and parts to assist customers effectively.
- **Sales**: Assist customers in finding the perfect pool and hot tub products and accessories for their needs.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain an attractive and organized store display to enhance the shopping experience.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with coworkers in a positive and energetic work environment.
- **Training**: Participate in ongoing training and development to become an expert in pool and hot tub solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for learning and a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn about pool and hot tub products and water chemistry.
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: Up to $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
