PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a **Housekeeper** to join our **Cedar Springs PARC** team in **North Vancouver**.**

As a PARC Housekeeper, you are a caretaker of this vision - responsible for cleaning resident suites and common areas to create a safe, tidy and pleasant environment for residents. This includes:

- Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and common areas according to a pre-set schedule.
- Performing laundry services for residents as needed.
- Identifying, reporting and logging potential maintenance issues to management.
- Maintaining the housekeeping room, equipment and carts in safe and sanitary condition.
- Replenishing housekeeping carts and managing cleaning chemicals safely.

- You’re an upbeat, cooperative team member who brings positive energy to all you do.
- You have at least two years of similar experience in the hospitality or senior-living industry.
- You have completed Grade 10 high school education or equivalent, along with the WHMIS program, and you are able to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
- You pride yourself on excellent attention to detail and work to the highest cleaning standards.
- You’re able to self-direct and work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families, and and other professional services engaged with our residents.

At PARC Retirement Living we require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
