**Job Description** Mission**

We’re looking for a Technician-draftsperson to join our building structures team at our Gatineau office.

You will have a variety of responsibilities on small, medium and large-scale regional and provincial projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.

Working in collaboration with other team members, you will be able to develop rapidly in an environment where responsibility, autonomy and trust are strongly encouraged.
- We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home and at one of our offices in the metropolitan area._

**Responsibilities**
- Design and prepare building structure plans and specifications
- Develop structural models and drawings using Revit and AutoCad software (wood, steel and reinforced concrete structures)
- Follow-up on plan preparation stages
- Participate in the coordination of other disciplines (architecture, electromechanics, civil engineering, etc.)
- Carry out field surveys and drawing up survey plans

**Qualifications**
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), or Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in building drafting, or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in civil engineering or architecture
- Three to five years’ relevant experience in commercial, institutional, residential and industrial structures
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad software
- Knowledge of Building Information Modelling—BIM (an asset)
- Fluency in spoken and written French
