**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and crafting our delicious beverage offerings, contributing to our mission of creating joyful experiences for drink lovers.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, and coffee.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
- A passion for beverages and willingness to learn about new products.
