**Job Overview**:
We’re seeking an experienced **Pastry Chef/Baker** with a flair for decorating and a passion for artisan baking. You’ll produce a variety of baked goods, from cakes and tarts to muffins and macarons, in a collaborative and efficient environment. This full-time role (40 hours/week, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Weekends Required) offers competitive pay based on experience and extended health care benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes, tarts, and pastries with precision and creativity
- Prepare fillings (pastry creams, icings, curds, etc.) and mix batters for muffins, cookies, and scones
- Use ovens and sheeters to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods
- Ensure accurate scaling and meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with the team while working independently when needed
- Bring creative ideas to enhance our offerings
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- 1+ years of professional baking experience (artisan bakery experience preferred)
- Proficiency in decorating, piping macarons, mixing batters, and using ovens
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality products
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
- Comfortable working with hands and bakery equipment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a clean workspace
- Availability to work weekends (7:00 AM-3:30 PM)
- **Nice-to-Have**:

- Additional skills in pastry arts or creative decorating
- Experience with high-volume production

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
