Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. In this position, you will contribute to providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide guests with menus.
- Follow the proper standards of service and care.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food service etiquette and standards.
