**Position**:Preventative Maintenance Technician

**Location**: Metro Vancouver BC

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Your Role and Impact**

As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will deliver on-site preventative maintenance and repair services for mobility-related medical equipment in healthcare facilities across your assigned territory. Your technical skills will help ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively, directly supporting caregivers and improving the lives of patients and residents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventative maintenance and load testing services at healthcare facilities.
- Deliver services in accordance with Arjo Canada’s published warranties.
- Support sales efforts by assisting with product marketing and customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and feedback.
- Manage expenses and inventory within company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a hands-on technical role with diagnostic or repair responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare staff.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Experience working from a service vehicle is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local geography and roadways is an asset.
- Well-organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
