**WHO WE ARE**

A division of Steve’s Livestock Transport, BVT Truck & Trailer Repair offers full-service repairs and maintenance on all varieties of trucks and trailers. BVT Truck & Trailer Repair has grown into three locations to serve our customers in Blumenort and Brandon, MB and Red Deer, AB. We are currently looking for a **Parts and Service Advisor to join our team in Blumenort**

**HOURS OF WORK**

Weekend Shift, Friday - Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm.

**WE OFFER**
- Competitive wages ($23 - $27 per hour including weekend shift premium; based on experience)
- Work 36 hours per week get paid for 40 hours
- Enjoy 3 day work weeks with 4 consecutive days off

**YOUR ROLE**
- Answer calls/walk-ins, book appointments and maintain appointment schedule for customers (internal & external)
- Manage driver maintenance requests, and verify warranty coverage
- Create repair estimates for customers
- Create and assign RO’s
- Coordinate equipment availability with dispatch to ensure expedient repairs while maintaining adequate volumes of equipment to avoid service interruptions

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Service-writing experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, computers, and internet
- Experience with TMT Software an asset
