**Skills and Responsibilities**:
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), including the artefacts, practices, and systems Expertise in planning, prioritizing conflicting requirements (support and new feature), and scheduling releases
- Experience in negotiating business requirements and priorities with business stakeholders up to C-suite Ability to perform analysis and evaluation of projects including resourcing and project financials Experience in presentation and the delivery of information at varying levels from clients to the board Experience in coaching team members Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives for the team.
- Own the delivery plan for the squad which tracks progress towards goals and manages dependencies tightly. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support the company goals in collaboration with key stakeholders Coordinate with the other Delivery Managers and schedule the execution of deliverables across multiple teams.
- Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders Liaise with stakeholders and communicate progress
- Managing and maintaining a project repository in Confluence
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Project initiation. Creating a feasible draft outline of the scheduled timelines of delivery, technical skill-sets requirements after exhaustive discussions with Senior Management, Business, and third-party vendor
- Liaising with Product owner and developing a good technical overview of the project. Understanding sprint level deliverables and participating in daily scrum meetings
- Strong control over budgets and forecasting in Clarity
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- D aily monitoring and tracking the progress of the project
- Strong skills in third party vendor management and help engaging with the right technical resources to ensure progress of the project and removal of bottlenecks
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Extensive experience in working with Senior Management and creating requisite reports as required by the Management or as per progress of the project.
