Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager or head chef
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining experience for our customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the kitchen manager when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.97-$20.18 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
