**Overview**

**Duties**
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to assess project requirements and gather relevant data.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs and present findings to management and clients.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to estimates.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction estimating techniques with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in evaluating costs and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
