**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assembly and installation of structures or equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during the work process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- HST Number, WSIB clearance and liability insurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work with ESW 20 to 40 hours a week
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a labor environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle ownership
- Must provide own handyman tools
