Parts Advisor

Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a **Parts Advisor**for our **Cam Clark Ford Airdrie **location in **Olds, AB**.

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
- Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed properly through the service department and collision repair shop
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time and completing the apt record keeping
- Utilizing parts manuals to accurately determine the correct parts needed for various makes, models, and production years of vehicles.
- Track incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership
- Other duties as assigned

- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
- Experience with Ford and familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS), particularly PBS is an asset.
- An expressed interest and passion in the automotive industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization capabilities, and effective time management skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and must have strong communication skill.
