Comfort Keepers is looking for a Personal Support Workers (PSW) in the Shelburne ON area to join our growing team. We are a leading in-home care provider for seniors and other adults that require a helping hand or companionship in their home. **Shift is ongoing Sunday's 1430-1830. Total of 2 clients (1430-1730 and 1730-1830). One client uses Hoyer lift (training provided). Must be reliable and available every Sunday.**

**In this position you will provide support and assistance in community setting for government funded homecare.** Join a growing family dedicated to providing companionship, personal care and other health care needs for individuals in their homes. Our Personal Support Workers provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences and assist with services detailed in our customized personal care service plans.

**Job Requirements**:

- Access to a cellular data enabled mobile phone
- Local to the Greater Shelburne area
- Must have a current Vulnerable Sector Police check (within past 6 months) or be willing to obtain one
- PSW certificate, DSW certificate, 2nd yr+ Canadian nursing student or are an IEN
- Current BLS/CPR
- Up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations per PHAC recommendations (or willing to obtain additional boosters)
- Seasonal influenza vaccination

$20.50/hr.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
