As a White Spot Supervisor, you play an important role supporting the management team. Responsibilities include:

- Day to day shift supervision
- Guest relations
- Training and developing team members
- Reinforcing the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
- Administrative tasks
- Note: No public transport available until 5.15am and after 12.45am_

We offer competitive earnings and tip potential, discounts on our amazing food, flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

**Pay range: $20-22 per hour plus tip pool**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous supervisory or team leading experience in a full serve environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for service and commitment to quality
- Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
- Understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
- Experience with training and developing a team
- High energy and a winning attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Must be able to work shifts that align with our operating hours which include early mornings and/or late evenings
