Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have previous experience in the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Supervise and train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with training new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with team management and employee scheduling is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
