**Position Overview**:
**Bilingual Consultant (French/English)**

As a Consultant (Bilingual, French and English), you will utilize strong consulting and technical expertise to work closely with clients to design, build and deploy technology solutions that will help our clients meet their business objectives. You will provide technical guidance to our clients in the areas of Endpoint management, modern deployment and collaboration. You will help our clients implement best practice solutions and understand emerging trends and technologies that will enhance their end users’ experience. Your key performance metrics include the business unit and practice performance, personal productive utilization, and our client satisfaction. Reporting to a Managing Consultant, you will be a key member of the Collaboration Capability Domain
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice, guidance, technical expertise and build, configure and deploy complex endpoint technology solutions.
- Partner with other internal contributors (consultants), clients and vendors to identify the client's needs and challenges and develop approaches and roadmaps to address those needs.
- Deliver superlative quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand the business by offering additional services and solutions.
- Partner with other consultants and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives.
- Help to foster and develop a strong, positive team environment, driving empowerment, innovation, and a high level of engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of progressive hands-on technology experience with the implementation of various endpoint deployment and management solutions such as Intune/Autopilot, SCCM, Configuration Manager, Jamf.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Relevant and up-to-date technical vendor certifications.
- A sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills and grow and develop your technical and consulting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication in French & English is required.
