**What is DKI?**

**Roll summary**:
**Finishing Carpenter / Renovation Specialist / Drywaller / Painter**

Finishing Carpenter / Renovation Specialist: ideally would specialize in areas such as interior door, trims, cabinetry, closets, etc.

Drywaller / taper / finisher: must be able to complete all phases of the process effectively.

Painter: would have primary experience with interior painting including ceilings, walls, trims, and staining. Additionally, this person would have experience in other aspects with the renovation process.

**Salary**: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
