We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Helper. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, punctual, and ready to make a significant contribution to our ongoing projects.

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties, including carpenters, bricklayers, demolition experts, drywallers, cement finishers, and roofers.
- Handling and transporting materials (e.g., cement, bricks, timber) and equipment (e.g., drills, grinders).
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials.
- Undertaking basic tasks such as digging holes, filling gaps, and leveling surfaces as directed.
- Adhering to company policies and safety standards at all times.

*Qualifications:*
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out physical work.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
