**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and documented.
- Utilize AS400 software for tracking orders and managing inventory levels.
- Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all packages.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements within the warehouse distribution system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Assist with e-commerce order processing and fulfillment as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks safely and efficiently.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Experience using AS400 or similar inventory management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
