We’re looking for a **Lawn Care Operations Supervisor II** to oversee a fast paced daily operations, manage crews, and ensure that every lawn we service meets the highest standards.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Lead daily operations**, ensuring crews complete jobs safely, efficiently and up to **Ramows Lawn Care standards**.
- **Train, and supervise** a high-performance team of lawn care professionals.
- **Coordinate pre-determinate crew schedules** for maximum efficiency.
- **Ensure quality control** through regular site inspections and feedback.
- **Maintain and manage equipment**, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- **Deliver exceptional customer service**, handling complaints and making sure clients are satisfied.
- **Track inventory**informing Management status.
- **Ensure strict safety protocols** to protect workers, clients, and equipment.
- **Work closely with the owner** to develop and improve operational processes.
- **Analyze performance data** and adjust operations to maximize profitability, ensuring that all crews start on time and finish on a reasonable time.
- Replace any member of the TEAM as needed.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field.
1+ years of **Supervisory/Management experience** (preferred).
Strong **leadership, organizational, and communication skills**.
Ability to **manage multiple crews and coordinate schedules effectively**.
Knowledge of **lawn care equipment and basic maintenance**.
**Valid driver’s license with a proven clean record**.
Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to work independently.
Experience with **Jobber or similar scheduling software** (preferred).
**Spanish-speaking is a plus.**

Additional pay: Pay per Performance Bonus during the Lawn Maintenance Season.

**Schedule**:.
- Monday to Saturday
- Sundays, if needed

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Preference to people that have a CAR.
- Milton, ON (L9T): Our yard is on North of Milton. You need to be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
