**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for supporting Sales Manager by training, investigating, reporting sales related information and assist in resolving problems.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fill in for Sales Manager in their absence.
- Contribute and help implement business and marketing strategies of Radwell to help Radwell retain status as a leader in the industry. Implement and assure that all the tasks related to it are executed by the staff
- See that daily/weekly/monthly sales goals are met.
- Assist in processing sales data by providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- See to it that the sales team is maintaining a high-quality level of customer service
- Assure compliance with Radwell Policies and systems about the quoting and order process.
- Identify deficiencies in processes and train staff as needed to correct.
- Assist in monitor all sales representatives and take appropriate action where they don’t perform satisfactorily.
- Train staff as needed to reinforce company policies.
- Assist Sales Manager with credit approvals.
- Work with Sales Manager in training sales staff, by walking the floor and daily interaction with sales representatives and monitoring.
- Identifying sales leads and assuring leads are directed to the appropriate team.
- Assist in monitoring National accounts activity
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identify resolutions and work with appropriate department to ensure issues are not repeated.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide solutions to customers need in a win-win fashion.
- Ensure that all quotes are followed up in a timely manner and produce monthly reports on outstanding quotes, converted quotes and lost quotes
- Coach sales team members in performing the above and other assignments
- Manage sales floor to obtain daily goals

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the direct supervision and output of Sales Coordinators assigned
- May recommend or be involved in hiring/firing decisions, but does not have direct authority to do either
- Responsible for managing staff according to company policies related to staff management; administering policy consistently and using procedures and tools in place such as the “Confidential management Reporting System”, where appropriate to do so.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
- Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment
- Management and coaching capabilities in an aggressive sales environment

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE***

Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator at Radwell who has consistently achieved high levels of output and customer satisfaction; or at least 3 years experience as a team leader, manager, or similar role in an industrial sales environment closely related to Radwell’s business.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS***

This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse) and walking around the sales floor among team.
