**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for children with varying needs, including those with disabilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social and emotional growth.
- Assist in the daily routines of the children, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive learning environment.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and child development principles.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Understanding of how to educate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$25.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
