**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Utilize computerized systems for filing patient records and managing data efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for patient information, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Assist with billing and insurance processes as needed, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy office or medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for administrative functions, including universal softwar.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
