**Your role at Tumi:
As part of our Retail team, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance to Goals:
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
- Take responsibility for performance.

**Teamwork:
- Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Demonstrate organizational core values.
- Complete quarterly goal setting for personal development.

**Compliance:
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Stay up to date with all training.
- Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Visual Merchandising/Client Experience:
- Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, inclusive of cleanliness standards.
- Enforce excellent client services through the emphasis of utilizing client books, thank you cards and executing event strategies.
- Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
