**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate manual and automatic screen-printing presses
- Mix and prepare ink colors
- Ensure print quality meets company standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment
- Assist with pre-press production activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of screen-printing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints
- Experience with manual and automatic screen-printing presses
- Ability to mix and prepare ink colors
- Perform visual inspection of raw materials and completed prints
- Check printed items, during production run, for acceptability, making corrective adjustments as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
