**Opportunity**:
FYidoctors has an amazing opportunity for **a Full-Time Optometrist **to join our clinic in **Winkler, MB**.

This opportunity also allows significant flexibility. You will have the opportunity to select the number of hours and days that you want to work alongside determining clinic hours. The new OD will also have the opportunity to chose the type of equipment required for the location. This will allow you to define what you want out of this opportunity

We are offering the new Optometrist:

- **Minimum guarantee of $200,000 (Full-Time)**:

- **Significant retention bonus /forgivable loan Program of up to $100,000 (Full-Time)**:

- **Relocation costs allowance**

**Clinic**:
Our clinic has been in the community of Winkler for 25 years. This strong history has helped establish a large and loyal patient base which is made up from people in the community as well as from the surrounding rural areas. Currently the clinic is equipped with one exam lane and has staff members who are all extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and cross-trained to be able to support any function of the business. Our clinic focuses on providing comprehensive eye-care exams as well as post-op eye care, ophthalmologist referrals, and contact lens fittings to only name a few.

Winkler is the fourth largest city in Manitoba, and the largest city in the Pembina Valley. Only an hour away from the US border, it is easily accessibly for American shopping trips or exploring the beauty of North Dakota and Minnesota. For the outdoor enthusiast, Riding Mountain National Park, Lake Manitoba, and Lake Winnipeg are all within a few hours reach Winnipeg is also only an hour and a half away, providing easy access to the amenities of a larger city.
