**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform installation of flooring materials, including tile, laminate, and hardwood.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Execute caulking and sealing as needed to ensure a professional finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in maintenance person tasks with experience in flooring installation.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with tile laying techniques and materials.
- Knowledge of carpentry practices and principles.
- Familiarity with using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform caulking for sealing joints and gaps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
