In this role, you will**: Acquisitions and Divestitures - Analyze financial metrics for targets and comparable companies. - Conduct in-depth research on the targets/industry related to valuation, shareholder analysis, profitability trends, etc. - Assist in preparing presentations for Executive discussion/approval. - Participate in due diligence of potential acquisition targets, which includes analyzing the impact of such transactions on the Bank’s operations, earnings, ROE, and capital. - Participate in the sale processes, including populating and managing the dataroom Corporate Restructuring - Provide support on corporate restructuring initiatives. - Assist with executing plans to optimize the Bank’s capital allocation strategy, improve the Bank and its subsidiaries’ operating financial, and tax efficiency. - Complete other projects, as assigned.
