**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate a bus or other passenger vehicle on designated routes.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit by adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed, especially for children and seniors.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment, conducting pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
- Document any incidents or issues that arise during transit, following company protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
- Previous experience working with children or in senior care settings is preferred.
- Proven customer service skills to foster positive relationships with passengers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
