**Operations Manager - Victoria’s Fastest-Growing Car Detailing Company**

Canine Car Care is hiring an **Operations Manager** to help scale to the #1 car detailing company in Victoria, BC.

As of May 2025, we’re Victoria’s fastest-growing detailing business. Our mission? To help customers feel confident driving a clean, fresh-smelling vehicle—especially those with furry companions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking ownership, making fast decisions, managing people, and wants to grow into a high-impact leadership position within a company that’s scaling fast.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee and manage detailing operations, including scheduling, team coordination, and job quality
- Train, mentor, and lead detailing technicians to deliver 5-star service
- Communicate with customers, handle feedback, and ensure a world-class experience every time
- Optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and make key decisions on the fly
- Manage inventory, supplies, and job logistics to keep the operation running smoothly
- Support marketing, hiring, or expansion initiatives as the business grows
- Occasionally assist in performing Mobile Car Detailing services & fill in if an employee is unable to work.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience (any industry)
- Clean driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, decisive, and solution-oriented
- Able to coach and motivate others with professionalism and respect
- Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional detailing support when needed
- Must be willing to travel across Greater Victoria

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
