**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist QA Department with administrative functions such as:

- Perform Quality Control review of documents;
- Assist in administration of the Health and Safety System (creating reports, administration of meeting minutes and liaison with various resources);
- Assist in administration of the technical records (scanning and records transcriptions);
- Assist in administration of Technical Publications (tracking of publications and administration of invoices);
- Assist in administration of Tool Control System (transmission of tool advisories and updating of listing);
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of administative experience in a computerized environment;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quantum etc.);
- Strong communication skills and flexibility;
- Must be detailed-oriented with a focus on process improvement;
- Ability to bring new ideas to improve existing processes;
- Excellent organizational skills couple with the ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to take initiative, mulitask and work in a dynamic, ast paces environment while meeting short deadlines;
- Aviation, billing, manufacturing and/ or any other related environment experience, considered an asset.

**EDUCATION**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field, an asset.
