You will create a world where everyone is a regular, providing consistency in quality for every guest. Conversation and presentation are essential It is our goal to ensure our guests have their expectations exceeded each and every time they walk through our door Your role is not only to serve the guests, but to entertain them. Your main duties include preparing drinks for wait staff and guests, maintaining proper inventory and proper portion control, and serving any tables within the bar area. You will ensure adherence to the “smart alcohol service" policies and food safety guidelines. **You Bring**: - A fantastic personality. - Enthusiasm for providing hospitality and hosting people. - A positive outlook on the world, our community, people and a spectacular attitude. - An up-to-date Smart Serve. - 1+ years of experience within a restaurant providing exceptional hospitality. - Must be of at least 18 years of age. **In This Role You Will**: - Always deliver more than our guest expects through extraordinary hospitality. - Establish a fantastic guest connection with each guest. - Correctly entering guest orders into the POS system. - Understand and be able to communicate all aspects of the menu. - Ensure the St. Louis standard operating procedures are being executed correctly. - Create a Guest First energetic atmosphere - lights, blinds, music, TV"s, cleanliness. - Answer phones within 2 - 3 rings and handle inquiries appropriately. - Follow proper take-out etiquette. - Promptly prepare drinks for team member orders and guests. - Prepare the bar for service, including all mixes, garnishes, glassware, supplies. - Ensure all products behind the bar are being kept out of the danger zone and held in proper containers. - Maintain proper inventory. - Record daily beer counts. - Change kegs. - Serve any tables within the bar area. - Monitor guest behaviour. - Perform additional tasks as assigned.
