We are currently looking for a **Mobile Lifting Equipment Technician.**

***JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE**:

- Carrying out inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on mobile lifting equipment;
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems;
- Install and commission new lifting equipment;
- Write inspection and maintenance reports in compliance with current standards;
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations;
- Carry out functional tests to validate repairs;
- Working with the team to prioritise urgent interventions;
- Carry out various related tasks in support of the maintenance team.

**GENERAL SKILLS**:
**YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF**:

- DEP or equivalent training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics or a related field;
- Relevant experience in lifting equipment maintenance;
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams;
- Lifting inspection competency card or certification (an asset);
- Thoroughness, autonomy and attention to detail.
