Creation's Vancouver Business Unit is looking for Inspector AOI (day shift). Inspectors will be monitoring printed circuit board and box level assemblies, ensuring that customer requirement and IPC criteria are met; primary role is to identify and contain product issues within our facility.

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Conducts quality control inspections on products according to company quality procedures and workmanship standards (i.e. in-process, quality control inspections, first article inspection)
- Completes necessary quality control documentation (i.e. collects inspection data as per inspection procedure; records inspection data using control charts)
- Minimal solder touch-up of assemblies
- Provides feedback to team
- Assists in training of new inspectors as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years electronic assembly and rework experience. Previous Inspection experience an asset
- Knowledge of IPC A 600 - Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards and IPC 610 - Acceptability of Electronic Assembly is preferred
- Detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essential
- Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
- Color identification (color vision test will be conducted as part of interview)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds safely, able to constantly use microscope

- You need to be legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada and eligible to work as full-time employee
- Available shift: Day (M-F, 7AM-3:30PM)
- Wage: $19.00 per hour
