The GRM Wholesale Credit Rotational Associate Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain experience across various teams and sectors as we work with our business partners to provide lending and financing strategies for our global corporate and institutional clients.

**What is your opportunity?**

In this 2-year rotation program, you will complete 4 six-month rotations where you will collaborate with leaders on complex transactions, build a strong network across RBC, and have the opportunity to be placed in Wholesale Credit upon program completion.

- Potential for future full-time placement on one of the GRM WCR teams

**What do you need to succeed?**

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 75%
