Our FKC-Lake Shore division provides design/build/install services for innovative Hoisting and Vertical Conveyance Systems. Across North America, notable projects include, The Purple Line Extensions section 3 in Los Angeles, Water Tunnel number 3 in New York City, Eagle Mountain Gas Pipeline and Kemano T2 tunneling projects in British Columbia, Canada, the Inter-Quarry Tunnel in Leesburg, VA and the Century Mine in Volga, WV.

As a **Payroll Clerk** at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to the **Business Manager,** you will have the opportunity to:
***Description**:
- Perform daily time entry from timesheets into Excel.
- Manage information in a professional and confidential manner.
- Review reports with entry to verify accuracy.
- Communicate with project/jobsite personnel as needed.
- Respond to employee and jobsite inquiries to resolve discrepancies in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Distribute payroll documents.
- Understand and follow internal control requirements.
- Maintain compliance with the Union Project Labour Agreement
- Communicate new distiches to the Union halls
- Maintain dispatch records and associated information
- Collect, reconcile and provide new hire data to Human Resources
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Payroll experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and produce high output
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- JD Edwards experience preferred
