**Part-Time Executive & Administrative Assistant (Hybrid - In-Person + Remote)**

**Location**: Calgary, AB (Southwest) - Hybrid

**Hours**: Approximately 10 hours per week (flexible; no guaranteed hours)

**Compensation**: $25-$35/hour (independent contractor; based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and discreet Executive & Administrative Assistant to support a Calgary-based founder with a mix of business administration and household operations support. This is a hybrid contractor role, with some work completed remotely and occasional in-person support required in Southwest Calgary (exact location shared later in the process).

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, communicates clearly, exercises sound judgment, and values professionalism, discretion, and trust.

The engagement begins at approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on needs and availability.

Responsibilities - Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Calendar management and scheduling (appointments, meetings, service providers)
  • Tracking tasks and follow-ups; maintaining a simple weekly task list
  • Light document organization using Google Drive and Google Docs
  • Booking appointments, services, and travel
  • Collecting receipts and maintaining basic tracking summaries

Responsibilities - In-Person & Household Operations Support

  • Coordinating errands such as returns, drop-offs, and mailing
  • Weekly meal planning and online grocery ordering (no in-store shopping)
  • Household organization support
  • Laundry support (wash and fold)
  • Coordinating vendors, deliveries, and home-related services

**Requirements**

  • Based in Calgary with ability to attend in person in Southwest Calgary
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
  • Access to a personal vehicle for occasional errands with a valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with stairs and lifting up to 30 lbs

Contractor Terms & Logistics

  • This role is offered on an independent contractor basis
  • Hours are flexible and not guaranteed
  • Paid hourly at $25-$35/hour, based on experience
  • Approved out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed with receipts
  • Reimbursement policies (if applicable) will be discussed during onboarding
