As a global leader in the Maintenance and wash rack industry, we are looking for a Part Person to join our team in Saskatoon, SK
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The role of the parts person is to manage shop inventory to ensure efficient operations. This position has complete control over the efficiency of a location's inventory management.

- Keep parts room stocked with required parts.
- Understands the schedule and what parts are necessary to accomplish the schedule.
- Receive special order part information from Foreman and places order with vendor.
- Issuing and paying PO's.
- Review RO's and ensure all parts are charged out.
- Complete cycle counts.
- Identify and return obsolescent inventory.
- Manage min and max points.
- Manage shop supplies.
- Perform inventory counts
- Complete Misc. charge outs.
- Assist with answering phones.
- **Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 4:30pm**:
- **Pay: $50,000+ /annually, based on experience**
**KEY SKILLS**:
- Safe and professional work practices are mandatory.
- Truck and trailer parts knowledge is required.
- Ability to look up and source parts from multiple vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, exercise good judgment and common sense and conduct him/herself in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Must be physically fit and of reasonable strength and endurance to perform the duties required in a tanker trailer shop operation.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Grade 12 graduate.
- Parts Technician Journeyman certification an asset.
- Computer keyboarding skills and a basic understanding of computer business systems is required.
