- Assisting in the provision of day program activities, socialization, exercises, etc.
- Providing support to participants in various program activities.
- Participating in various program activities.
- Providing support such as dressing for outdoors, prepping meals, etc.
- Completing attendance (sign-in/sign-out on app).
- Completing paperwork (incident reports, etc.) as needed.
- General Cleaning.
- Keeping an open dialogue with team members.

Expectations:

- Arrive to work on time.
- Come to work wearing comfortable, appropriate attire and in uniform (Hazelwood House t-shirt/sweater).
- Be respectful and professional when dealing with parents/guardians and or members of the public.
- Attend all team meetings (as needed)
- Give plenty of notice when unable to work.
- Follow all COVID-19 Health and Safety measures.

Qualifications:

- Must have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or with the vulnerable population.
- Must have a clean police check with vulnerable sector check.
- Must have First Aid and CPR level C.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 25 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Secondary School (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification Level C (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
